Do you need anything to get the job done? Water or power?

Not a problem!  All we need is access to your vehicle and some space to work in. Our mobile detailing vans are fully equipped with water, a pressure washer, generator, and anything else we need!

Just keep in mind our van is too big for parking garages, we can accommodate your service in a parking lot near your location. 

Can you detail my car at my job?

90% of the time we can! We have run into issues in the past. Mainly due to property managers or simply a lack of space. Just ask a supervisor, this is rarely a problem.


How much space do you need?

If we are in a parking lot, one space on both sides of the vehicle is perfect! You can also double park just for the time we are servicing your vehicle.

At home, all we need is to fully open all doors in the vehicle. 95% of the time your driveway is the ideal spot!

Do I need to schedule an appointment for a mobile detailing service?

Most of the time we are by appointment only. Every now and then, we’ll be able to get you in the same day or the next day. It just depends on the workload for that week. Sometimes it can be difficult to finish a service on the West Side then drive out to Horizon on the same day.

We get asked a lot, “How many days in advance do you need to schedule an appointment?” It really depends. Sometimes it may be two weeks before our next appointment. Other times it can be the very next day.

Do I have to be there the whole time?

You don’t! That’s what makes our mobile detailing services so convenient. You can enjoy your day as we work. You can be there when we arrive, leave, and then return before we finish. You can leave us the keys and we can get started and you can arrive afterwards. Or you can not be there at all and just pay online. Just let us know about your situation and we will accommodate.

The primary thing we need is access to your vehicle. Someone can give us the keys, leave the garage open, have the car ready on the driveway, or leave the keys somewhere for us to grab, we can go ahead and get started.

What is the best way to pay?

Most of our customers pay through Zelle or with a card. We do accept cash or checks as well. It is up to you. We’ll accept payment once we’re done with the job and you’re happy with the results.

That being said, if you need to leave before the job is completed, you’ll pay then. We can also send you an online invoice to pay online.
